Key Role attributes
Managing the implementation of e-marketing campaigns on various Marketing Automation platforms (RW, Marketo, Eloqua, etc).Work on customer's marketing database (SQL/MySQL)
Work on customer’s CRM systems (HubSpot etc).
Work in tandem with the software development and quality team, Data Team, CRMs to get the tasks accomplished, wherever required.
Improve internal service processes for customer deliveries.
Interact with customers to identify and exceed their expectations.
